ORDERS

- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address in your confirmation email is correct. 

- VBRNT is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, stolen, or lost packages during the time of transit. USPS is responsible for all mail that undergo USPS delivery services. I will do my best to assist customers regarding missing packages. 

- All claims are reviewed case by case; claims can take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim, I will be able to take further proper actions to resolve the problem. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as I work with USPS.

- Filing a claim does NOT guarantee USPS/UPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but I will do my best to assist you through the process.

 SHIPPING  

- All orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under the customer's account. 

- VBRNT is not responsible for packages that were delivered to a mistypes or invalid address.

- All returning packages due to an insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers have 2 days to respond, failure to reply within 2 days will automatically result In order cancellation

- Customers fund will be refunded. 

- VBRNT is not responsible for any out of country duties or fees.

DISCOUNT CODES

- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. 

- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
